• Travel fees are determined by distance from the center of the service area (the post office in West Roxbury, MA)

• Zone 1 - $0: Allston, Auburndale, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Belmont, Central Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Canton, Chestnut Hill, Chinatown, Dedham, Dorchester, Dover, Fenway, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Milton, Needham, Newton, Norwood, Roslindale, Roxbury, South Boston, South End, Waban, Waverley, Wellesley, West End, West Roxbury, Westwood

• Zone 2 - $75: Arlington, Avon, Braintree, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, East Boston, Everett, Framingham, Hanscom Air Force Base, Holbrook, Holliston, Lexington, Lincoln, Malden, Medfield, Medford, Medway, Millis, Natick, Norfolk, Quincy, Randolph, Revere, Saugus, Seaport, Sharon, Sherborn, Somerville, Stoneham, Stoughton, Stow, Walpole, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Weston

After hours

• After hours appointments are defined as appointments that fall outside the hours of 10am - 6pm 

• Evening appointments are those that take place between 6pm and 8pm and will incur an additional $100 fee

• Weekend appointments are those taking place any time on Saturday or Sunday and will incur an additional $100

Holidays

• Major holidays include Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. These incur an additional $200 fee.

• Minor holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. These incur an additional $100 fee.
